Power BI Analyst (FP&A) – Private Credit Fund – 9 Month Contract - FTC £80k-£100k Pro-Rata

Autumnal Partners are working with a leading private credit fund to find a Power BI Analyst with a finance background to join their Corporate Reporting team on a 9 month contract.

Our client is a well-established, London-headquartered credit investment platform, managing a significant portfolio across capital solutions, direct lending, dislocated credit, infrastructure debt, CLOs and structured products on behalf of institutional investors. This is a business-facing role, focused on FP&A reporting rather than fund or portfolio reporting, and offers strong exposure to senior finance and business stakeholders within a fast-paced private credit environment.

Sitting within the Corporate Reporting team and reporting into the FD, you'll take ownership of:

  • Designing, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to support business FP&A, budgeting and management reporting
  • Developing robust data models, DAX measures and automated refresh processes to replace manual, spreadsheet-based reporting
  • Partnering with finance business partners and budget holders to understand reporting requirements and translate these into scalable Power BI solutions
  • Sourcing and integrating data from underlying finance systems (general ledger, budgeting/planning tools and other data sources) into Power BI
  • Supporting the monthly and quarterly business reporting cycle, including variance analysis, cost centre reporting and management information packs
  • Improving data quality, consistency and governance across the corporate reporting suite
  • Standardising and automating recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on manual processes
  • Responding to ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior finance and business stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
