The Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Power BI & Application Developer to help shape the next generation of AI-powered analytics products. Sitting at the intersection of business intelligence, application development, and emerging AI technologies, you'll play a key role in transforming traditional reporting into scalable, client-facing analytics solutions. Based on the role brief, the position combines hands-on development with significant stakeholder engagement and exposure to cutting-edge AI initiatives.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing and enhancing customer-facing analytics applications while helping to drive the adoption of AI-enabled analytics products.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining client-facing analytics applications and portals.
- Building, optimising, and embedding Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Creating intuitive visual experiences that transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Integrating AI technologies, LLMs, and agentic workflows into applications.
- Supporting the transition from traditional reporting solutions to productised analytics platforms.
- Working closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams.
- Delivering executive-level reporting, presentations, demonstrations, and user training.
- Enhancing application performance, usability, and client adoption through continuous improvement.
- Contributing to application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing product development.
Your Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will bring:
- Strong commercial experience developing Power BI solutions, including DAX and advanced dashboard development.
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
- Application development experience using modern web technologies.
- Exposure to AI technologies, LLM integrations, or AI-enabled products.
- Understanding of agentic AI workflows and orchestration concepts.
- Familiarity with MCPs (Model Context Protocols) or similar integration frameworks.
- Experience building customer-facing analytics applications rather than solely internal reporting solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
