Power BI & Application Developer - AI
Location: Holborn, London | 4 days per week in office
Up to £75k + benefits
A leading technology business is looking for a Power BI & Application Developer (AI) to join their London team.
The business is transitioning from traditional Power BI reporting into modern, application-based products, with AI and agentic workflows becoming increasingly central to how they deliver insights.
The Role:
- You'll work across Power BI, VisOps, application development and AI, building client-facing tools that turn complex data and AI outputs into clear, executive-level insights.
- Build and develop client-facing applications and analytics tools
- Develop AI-integrated dashboards and applications
- Work with Claude, LLMs, agentic flows and MCPs
- Transition existing Power BI / Tableau outputs into applications
- Build executive-level performance reporting and visualisations
- Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering and Architecture teams
- Support client demos, walkthroughs and training

Requirements:
- Strong Power BI experience, including DAX, dashboard development and embedding
- Strong front-end / application development
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with AI / LLMs within applications
- Experience with agentic AI / agentic workflows
- Experience with MCPs (Model Context Protocol)
- Strong understanding of VisOps, UX and data storytelling
- Experience creating clear, executive-level reporting and analytics

What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience integrating Claude or similar LLMs into applications/infrastructure
- Hands-on experience building agentic flows and AI-powered tools
- Experience with MCPs
- Background delivering client-facing, productised analytics solutions
- Consultancy experience delivering analytics/AI solutions to clients
- Strong visual design and UX skills
