Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
- Connect Power BI to various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Create data models, relationships, calculated columns, and measures using DAX.
- Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into BI solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Monitor and improve report performance, data refresh, and dashboard usability.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Implement appropriate Row-Level Security (RLS) and access controls.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, developers, and business teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support for BI solutions.

- Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
- Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for business users.
- Knowledge of ETL/data transformation processes.
- Understanding of Power BI Service, workspaces, gateways, and scheduled refreshes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
