About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, preparing reports, and liaising with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative environment, contributing directly to the success of our clients and the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring all activities align with project objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across all project phases.
  • Support project managers in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation activities.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
