Power BI Developer – Contract
Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid – 2-3 days/week)
Duration: 6 months
Seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 5+ years experience to develop reporting solutions and support SIT, UAT, regression testing and production validation.
Key Skills:
- Strong Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
- Advanced SQL, data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure, APIs, SQL Server and flat-file data sources.
- Strong data reconciliation, defect analysis and root-cause investigation.
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT, production releases and post-deployment validation.
- Azure DevOps, Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Star/Snowflake schemas and data warehousing.
