We're working with a leading PE backed residential real estate services group operating across multiple well known business units, following a period of rapid acquisition and growth.
The business is in a high growth phase and is actively investing in modernising its data and reporting capability, backed by a newly appointed Head of Data driving this transformation. This is a great time to join and have real influence on how the organisation sees and uses its data.
The Role
We're hiring a Power BI Developer to take ownership of reporting standards, templates and board level dashboards across the business. This is a hands on, high impact role where you'll build the foundations for consistent, high quality reporting while working closely with senior leadership, including direct exposure to the CEO.

What you'll be doing:
- Designing and building Power BI templates, themes and reporting standards used across the organisation
- Reviewing and enhancing existing board and executive level reports.
- Improving dashboard usability, accessibility and mobile responsiveness
- Working closely with the Head of Data and senior stakeholders to shape reporting priorities
- Applying the latest Power BI features and functionality as the business builds out its AI and data roadmap

What we're looking for:
- Strong commercial Power BI experience, including DAX and data modelling
- Experience creating reporting templates, themes or design standards
- Good SQL skills
- Confidence communicating with senior, non technical stakeholders
- Bonus, experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate
This is a 12 month FTC with a strong path to permanent, paying up to £55,000. Hybrid, 2/3 days per week in the London office.
