Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights? We're looking for a commercially focused Customer MI & Reporting Executive with strong Power BI skills to join our Strategy & Analytics team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reporting professional who enjoys working with data, dashboards, and stakeholders to influence business performance. You'll play a key role in delivering customer-focused reporting, developing insightful Power BI dashboards, and helping account management teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.

The Opportunity
As part of the Strategy & Analytics team, you'll be responsible for producing, enhancing, and automating customer and commercial reporting across the business. Working closely with Account Managers and key business stakeholders, you'll provide valuable insights into customer performance, identify opportunities for growth and retention, and help shape strategic decision-making through high-quality reporting and analytics.
This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact from day one while working on meaningful reporting improvement projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Produce accurate and timely Customer MI and Account Management reports
- Analyse customer performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to support commercial decision-making
- Extract, validate, and analyse data from multiple systems and data sources
- Use SQL and other reporting tools to prepare and manipulate data
- Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies and data quality issues
- Support reporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads
- Create engaging visualisations and executive-level reporting packs
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend effective solutions
- Support customer reviews, account performance reviews, and commercial projects
- Document reporting processes and contribute to best practice across the team
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience producing Management Information (MI) and business performance reporting
- Strong experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable
- SQL querying and database experience
- Power Query and DAX knowledge
- Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management teams
- Experience within a customer-focused reporting environment
- Understanding of KPI development and performance measurement frameworks
