We’re looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join us for a short-term project to design and build a dashboard that brings together data from our recruitment and financial systems.

The project's goal is to deliver a clear, practical dashboard that gives stakeholders a consolidated view of key recruitment and financial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and key business metrics.
  • Connect Power BI to our recruitment and financial data sources.
  • Combine, transform and model data from multiple systems.
  • Design an intuitive and visually effective Power BI dashboard.
  • Develop relevant measures, KPIs and reports using DAX.
  • Ensure data is accurate, consistent and presented in a meaningful way.
  • Provide basic guidance on maintaining and refreshing the dashboard.
  • Make any necessary refinements based on stakeholder feedback.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong practical experience developing dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Is confident working with data from multiple systems and sources.
  • Has experience with Power Query, data modelling and DAX.
  • Can translate business requirements into clear and useful visualisations.
  • Has a good understanding of financial and/or recruitment data and reporting.
  • Can work independently and deliver a polished solution within a short timeframe.
  • Communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
