You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, business teams, and technical specialists to design, develop, and optimise business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and business users to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.
- Optimise report performance, data models, and queries to deliver scalable and efficient analytics solutions.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure high-quality reporting outputs.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance requirements are embedded into reporting and data management processes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and ongoing enhancements to reporting solutions.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on business intelligence, reporting, and analytics best practices.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to help users maximise the value of Power BI solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data and analytics capabilities across client organisations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
