We have an exciting new role for a Business Development Manager of Power and Sustainability, who will be integral to the success of our national sales strategy, ensuring that we have a consistent, joined-up approach to managing our customer base. There really couldn’t be a better time to join, as you’ll make the key decisions, shape the strategy and implement your growth plan.

Needless to say you will be able to build great relationships and harness those, in order to maximise opportunities. You’ll be inquisitive and a creative thinker, able to generate leads from both our existing customer base and from new industries where our equipment could also be utilised.

We are really interested in hearing from you if you have great communication skills and the drive and motivation to succeed in a healthily competitive technical sales role in a collaborative, fast-paced business.

Already possessing a proven sales record, you must have the drive and desire to maintain and develop our already successful business as well as demonstrate:

  • Experience working in a customer-focused role with the ability to demonstrate excellent relationship management skills
  • Previous experience within the Power Rental and Sustainability sector
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, able to manage your own time to maximum effect
  • Resilient with the ability to work in a pressurized environment
  • Experience working with Power, Clean Energy, Battery Storage Units, and Energy Storage
  • Effective communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to promote the Sunbelt Rentals brand and cross-sell our product range
  • Proficient IT skills and the ability to analyze data such as business plans, performance, and market data
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • A full clean UK driving licence

The role will involve regional and occasional national travel/overnight stays.
