Power Controls & Information Systems Lead Engineer
Step into a high-impact role as our Power Controls & Information Systems Lead Engineer, where you’ll help shape the future of technology, automation and operational performance at our site. As the subject matter expert, you’ll lead central PC&IS initiatives, influence regional and local capital projects, and play a key role in defining our long-term technology strategy. Combining hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations with exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, you’ll set the direction for the site technology masterplan, collaborate with teams across the business to bring it to life, and strengthen our approach to site cybersecurity. This role will be based on site at our Manufacturing Plant in Wrexham.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Cybersecurity - Support cybersecurity framework and work in collaboration with IT representatives to deliver Kellanova cybersecurity programs.
- Providing Direction - Provide recommendations and direction for equipment improvement, replacement opportunities and new technology advancements of power, control, and information systems (PC and IS).
- Maintenance Activities - Manage day to day delivery of maintenance activities ensuring effective prioritising of activities and resources.
- Technical Mastery - You can build technical mastery and maintain a technology vision to drive future business opportunities.
- Communication - Provide communications and updates to the site to ensure collaborative working.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- An electrical background or a background in IT/OT technologies.
- Experience working on projects.
- A passion for engineering and manufacturing automatizing.
- A structured and analytical mindset (data-based decision making).
