The Power Platform & AI Specialist

The Power Platform & AI Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing key business applications across Chase de Vere, delivering innovative solutions through Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.

The role combines application support, automation, business change and innovation, helping improve operational efficiency, data quality and user experience across the business.

Business Applications & Technology

  • Provide application management for key business systems, including configuration changes, enhancements and issue resolution
  • Act as a point of contact for the ongoing support and operation of business applications.
  • Manage relationships with external software providers, platform providers and technology partners.
  • Support business change initiatives through the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Provide technical input into key business projects, including system migrations, integrations and service transitions.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, user guides, support materials and change records.
  • Support Power BI dashboards and reporting requirements in partnership with the MI team.

Power Platform & Automation

  • Design, develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Deliver automation initiatives that reduce manual processing, increase efficiency and improve data quality.
  • Lead automation projects from concept through to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Investigate business requirements and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve processes.
  • Monitor adoption, usage and effectiveness of Power Platform solutions, recommending enhancements where appropriate.

AI & Innovation

  • Act as the business subject matter expert for AI technologies and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Evaluate and support approved AI solutions, ensuring compliance with governance, security and data protection requirements.
  • Promote the adoption of AI and automation technologies across the business.
  • Develop standards, best practices and governance frameworks for the safe use of AI technologies.
  • Deliver training, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to increase awareness and adoption of AI capabilities.
  • Monitor benefits realisation and identify opportunities for further innovation and efficiency improvements.

What You Will Need

  • Experience supporting and managing business applications within a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and integration capabilities.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, Large Language Models and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience developing low-code applications and workflow automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and data connectivity concepts.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and delivering technology solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and training skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • Understanding of information security, governance and industry best practice.
  • Experience delivering automation projects and working with AI-enabled technologies in a business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder priorities whilst working to tight deadlines.
