The Role
We are recruiting multiple Microsoft Power Platform Consultants to join a high-performing AI and automation practice, working on some of the most complex and interesting technology challenges in the market. You will design, build and deploy Power Platform solutions, engage with clients across business and technology functions, and contribute to long-term trusted advisor relationships. This role suits a technically strong, commercially aware consultant who thrives on solving complex problems and wants to develop within a globally recognised firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy and manage Microsoft Power Platform solutions for clients across a range of sectors
- Engage with clients at all levels, providing subject matter expertise and practical guidance across business and technology functions
- Nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on AI and automation
- Train and manage junior staff and client teams, ensuring quality across all deliverables
- Research emerging technologies, regulations and industry practices to inform client solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What You'll Need
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development within AI or automation
- Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience delivering on complex projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and client organisations

- Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing professional services environment
