About the Company

A leading professional services organisation is seeking a talented Microsoft Power Platform Consultant to join its Intelligent Automation and AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients on large-scale digital transformation initiatives, helping organisations leverage data, artificial intelligence, and automation technologies to improve business performance and drive innovation.

About the Role

You'll be joining a growing team focused on delivering cutting-edge Microsoft Power Platform solutions and helping clients become more data-driven, efficient, and insight-led.

Responsibilities

  • Design Microsoft Power Platform solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Build, deploy, manage, and optimise Microsoft Power Platform applications and services.
  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Support, mentor, and train junior team members and client staff.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on project deliverables.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Intelligent Automation and AI solutions.
  • Solve complex business challenges through innovative and practical technology solutions.
  • Continuously develop technical, functional, and professional capabilities.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and presentations.
  • Research emerging technologies, industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support the ongoing integration of business operations and technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, software development, or Intelligent Automation / AI initiatives.
  • Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience, ideally supported by relevant certifications.
  • Experience or exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio would be advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Additional language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
  • Must have full right to work in the UK.
  • Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
