Your new role

Establish Power Platform as a governed enterprise capability by defining and implementing the foundations required to support its long-term ownership, operation and growth.

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of establishing and operationalising Power Platform capabilities within medium to large organisations, with a strong understanding of governance, architecture, security, ALM, operational readiness and service transition.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience administering and governing enterprise scale Power Platform environments, including environment strategy, tenant configuration, security controls, governance policies and operational management.
  • Experience designing and supporting Power Platform solutions within enterprise environments and integrating them effectively with wider Microsoft technologies and services where appropriate.
  • Strong understanding of platform security, identity and access management, connectivity, operational support models and platform lifecycle management within regulated enterprise environments.
  • Experience defining and implementing governance frameworks, operating models and control mechanisms that enable the secure and sustainable adoption of Power Platform.
  • Experience establishing Centre of Excellence approaches, support models and best practice frameworks that promote consistency, adoption, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Experience implementing deployment, release management and service transition practices that support long-term operational ownership.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise solutions that require integration, resilience, maintainability and operational support throughout their life cycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
