Power Platform Developer

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

£46,549 - £48,999 per year

35 hours per week

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Power Platform Developer to join our expanding Software Applications team within Sanctuary Group's Technology function.

You'll design and deliver robust Power Platform solutions that modernise legacy processes and improve how we use data across the organisation. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence standards and shape a growing capability.

The role of Power Platform Developer will include:

  • Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Build integrations with internal and third-party systems using APIs and connectors
  • Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring designs are scalable, secure, and maintainable
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and deliverables
  • Support, maintain, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions
  • Apply best practice across governance, ALM, and environment strategy
  • Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and PMO across enterprise platforms

Skills and experiences:

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse, including data modelling and solution design
  • Experience building workflows and automations using Power Automate
  • Proven experience integrating systems using APIs and standard integration patterns
  • Good understanding of security models, role-based access, and environment strategy
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with SharePoint as part of the wider M365 ecosystem
  • Experience supporting citizen development through guidance and governance
  • High standard of documentation
  • Familiarity with Solution deployments and ALM practices within Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise platforms
  • Power BI experience

Role salary is £38,729 with an additional policy allowance of £7,819 per annum (rising to £40,768 with an additional policy allowance of £8,231 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
