Power Platform Developer
London/Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Up to £65k + bonus and regular reviews

We’re looking for an Applications Developer to join a collaborative IT team and help design, develop, and support business-critical applications.
This is an opportunity to work across a varied technology stack, delivering new solutions while maintaining and improving existing systems. You’ll work closely with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality, secure, and scalable applications.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build, and maintain business applications and integrations.
- Develop new solutions using Microsoft technologies and modern development practices.
- Build automated workflows and business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and support web applications, APIs, and database solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support application releases, upgrades, bug fixes, and production deployments.
- Contribute to CI/CD, testing, version control, and development best practices.
- Explore and adopt relevant cloud and AI technologies.
- Produce clear technical documentation and collaborate across the wider IT function.

What we’re looking for
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong development experience with C#,.NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and database development.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Azure, including services such as App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online and its integration with business applications.
- Interest or experience in Azure AI services and AI-enabled application development.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience supporting applications throughout their full lifecycle, from development through to production.

Nice to have
- Power BI or SSRS experience.
- VBA or Microsoft Office development experience.
- ITIL or application support experience.
- Experience working with enterprise business systems or professional services software.
This role would suit a developer who enjoys working across the full application lifecycle and wants exposure to cloud, automation, and AI technologies in a collaborative, evolving technology environment.
