Power Platform Developer - £40,000–£45,000
Pearson Carter are currently working with an established professional services organisation. Following continued investment in Power Platform, automation and AI, they are looking to hire a Power Platform Developer to join their team in Norwich.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation and AI-assisted solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Work with teams across the business to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop Power Automate Desktop solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Integrate solutions with APIs and enterprise services.
- Utilise Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities to support business processes.
- Work with SQL Server and Power BI to deliver connected business solutions.
- Take ownership of solutions from initial requirements through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation and provide practical advice on automation and AI adoption.

Experience:
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot or AI technologies.
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience working with APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.
Salary:
