Role Overview:

This role focuses on designing, building, and supporting end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions that transform the modern workplace. You’ll work closely with customers to deliver Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, virtual agents and related Microsoft 365 integrations, while owning the full software development lifecycle in multi-environment, Azure DevOps-driven setups. The position suits someone with solid technical skills (Power Platform, REST APIs, C# / JavaScript, authentication, databases) who enjoys innovation, learning across the Microsoft stack, and collaborating in a diverse, people-first culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on how best to use Microsoft Power Platform to solve business problems and improve daily ways of working.
  • Design and develop Power Platform solutions, including Canvas apps, Power Automate flows, Power Virtual Agents and occasional Power BI components.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams to create seamless digital workplace experiences.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle for Power Platform solutions, from requirements and design through build, test, deployment and support.
  • Configure and deploy solutions across multiple environments, implementing robust ALM pipelines and DevOps practices on Azure.
  • Build and maintain custom connectors and REST API integrations, ensuring secure authentication and authorisation flows.

About the Candidate:

  • Proven hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, particularly Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, especially SharePoint and Teams, and how they integrate with Power Platform.
  • Confident working with ALM practices and DevOps on Azure, including deploying solutions across multiple environments and managing pipelines.
  • Solid technical foundation in C# and/or JavaScript, REST APIs, authentication/authorisation flows and relational databases.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining custom connectors to extend Power Platform capabilities.
  • Eligible for SC Clearance and educated to at least a 2:1 degree level in an IT or Business-related discipline.
  • A collaborative, innovative mindset with a passion for learning across the Microsoft stack and delivering high-quality solutions.
