Power Platform Developer
£56,000 | Central London | Hybrid
Nigel Frank is working with an international non-profit organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Power Platform Developer to join its growing IT team.
This is an opportunity to help shape the organisation’s technology landscape, delivering applications, integrations and automation solutions that improve processes across its international operations.
You will work closely with the business stakeholders, taking ownership of Power Platform development while supporting key projects across CRM, AI and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Build automated workflows and improve business processes using Power Automate.
- Design, build and maintain APIs and integrations between business systems.
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL and wider Microsoft 365 services.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
- Extend Power Platform solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Azure Functions.
- Provide guidance to employees on Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Support major projects across CRM, AI and automation.
- Identify and communicate risks relating to licensing, security, scalability and data residency.
- Review the work of junior team members, ensuring solutions meet the required quality and delivery standards.

Skills and experience
- Strong commercial experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Experience developing both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Proven experience designing and building REST APIs and system integrations.
- Good understanding of authentication, API versioning and error handling.
- Experience with Dataverse data modelling and security roles.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Azure Functions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Microsoft PL-200 and PL-400 certifications are essential.
- Any experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, AI or CRM projects would be beneficial.

Package
- Salary of £56,000.
- Hybrid working, with three days per week in the Central London office and two days working remotely.
