Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications, workflow automation, integrations, and reporting solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.
  • Develop automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate.
  • Create Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualisation.
  • Design and support SharePoint Online solutions, including Lists, Libraries, metadata, permissions, and document management.
  • Implement security roles, permissions, governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Develop Python-based solutions for automation, ETL/data processing, API integrations, data validation, and reporting.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, REST APIs, and external business systems.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills

  • 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Power Apps – Canvas and Model-Driven Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
    • Dataverse
    • Power Fx
    • SharePoint Online
  • Strong experience in business process automation and workflow development.
  • Power BI expertise in Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query (M), Dashboards, and Reporting.
  • Experience with Power Platform security, governance, and ALM.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Experience with Python for automation, data processing, ETL, or API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of RPA using Microsoft Power Automate.
