For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

About the Role

To design, build, and support business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, primarily Power Apps and Power Automate, enabling scalable, secure, and efficient digital processes across the organisation. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, D365 Finance & Operations teams, and the wider technology function to deliver low-code solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) aligned to business requirements and UX best practices.
  • Building and supporting Power Automate flows to automate workflows, integrate systems, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other enterprise systems via Dataverse, APIs, and connectors.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust low-code solutions.
  • Applying governance, cost, security, and environment management best practices across Power Platform environments.
  • Supporting deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions in production.
  • Producing and maintaining solution documentation, including designs, data models, and operational runbooks.
  • Working closely with D365 F&O, Data Engineering, and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
  • Contributing to the Power Platform roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
  • Supporting continuous improvement through refactoring, performance optimisation, and adoption of new Power Platform features.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
