Shape the future of digital solutions with TXP
We're looking for a talented Power Platform Developer to join our growing Microsoft practice at TXP.
If you're passionate about building innovative solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
As a Power Platform Developer, you'll work across a variety of client and internal projects, helping to design, build and enhance business-critical solutions.
You'll be involved throughout the full software development lifecycle, including:
- Designing and developing Power Platform solutions
- Building and maintaining Power Apps applications
- Creating automated workflows using Power Automate
- Developing reporting and analytical solutions using Power BI
- Leveraging Microsoft Fabric to support modern data and analytics capabilities
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Supporting testing, deployment and ongoing solution improvement
- Contributing to technical best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working within Agile delivery teams across multiple projects

Essential
- Strong commercial experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven expertise developing solutions using: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric
- Experience working with Dataverse and/or SharePoint data sources
- Understanding of solution deployment and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience working directly with stakeholders and customers
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within Agile teams
Desirable
- Dynamics 365 CRM experience
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with third-party and Microsoft services
- Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience
