We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our IT team and play a key role in delivering innovative digital solutions across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with problem-solving and collaboration. You'll design, develop and support business-critical applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, helping us improve efficiency, enhance user experiences and drive digital transformation across Calisen.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll create scalable, secure and impactful solutions while helping shape best practice governance, security and application lifecycle management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, developing and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Copilot Studio
  • Building intuitive applications and automated workflows that streamline business processes
  • Translating business requirements into scalable and user-focused technical solutions
  • Developing dashboards, reports and data models that provide actionable business insights
  • Managing deployments across development, test and production environments
  • Supporting and enhancing existing Power Platform applications and integrations
  • Ensuring solutions align with governance, security and data protection standards
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • Promoting best practice, user adoption and continuous improvement across the Power Platform estate
  • Keeping up to date with new Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities

About You

We're looking for someone with proven experience developing Power Platform solutions within a complex business environment.

You'll Bring

  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI
  • Experience building and deploying enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server, Azure SQL and relational data modelling
  • Experience integrating with SharePoint Online and external systems
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), managed solutions and deployment pipelines
  • Experience gathering requirements and turning business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

It would be advantageous if you have experience with:

  • Copilot Studio and AI Builder
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Custom Connectors and REST APIs
  • Azure DevOps and source control practices
  • Power Platform CLI
  • Service principals and Entra ID security groups
  • Mentoring developers and contributing to technical governance

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll hold one or more Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as:

  • PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • PL-100 Power Platform App Maker Associate
  • PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent architecture experience)

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline is desirable, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
