We’re looking for a creative, driven and problem-solving Power Platform Developer to join the team to help us find smarter, simpler ways of working. You’ll play an important role in developing digital solutions that make a real difference to our day-to-day operations and help support the continued growth across The Loddon Foundation.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to understand what they need, identify opportunities for improvement and turn ideas into practical, user-friendly solutions. Using Microsoft Power Platform, you’ll develop and maintain applications through Power Apps and Power Automate, work with SQL Server databases and create reporting and dashboards through Power BI where needed.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and solution focused. You’ll be comfortable working with different people, listening to their needs and turning those conversations into technology that genuinely helps.
About You:
- Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience writing and optimising SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
- Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with SQL Server databases.
- Experience building business process automation workflows.

Salary:
- Full time equivalent is £40,872 – £44,889 – hourly rate £20.96 – £23.02
Salaries are dependent on experience.
