About the Role

Business Stream is looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to help shape and support the technology that keeps our business moving. You’ll design, develop and enhance secure, user-focused solutions across our Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform estate, working with IT colleagues, business teams and external partners from initial concept through to implementation and ongoing support.

As part of our Power Platform Centre of Excellence, you’ll build and maintain Dynamics 365 applications, Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Copilot Studio agents. You’ll translate business needs into practical technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, contribute to platform standards and governance, and identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve reliability and create a better user experience.

What Makes You Just Right for Us?

We’re looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused developer who enjoys turning business needs into practical, user-friendly technology. You’ll bring:

  • Strong technical experience
  • Clear communication skills
  • A commitment to delivering secure, maintainable solutions

You have at least three years’ experience in:

  • Software development
  • Power Platform
  • Dynamics 365 or business application delivery

You’ve:

  • Developed or configured Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse-backed applications, with hands-on experience of Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Understanding of Dataverse data modelling, security roles, forms, views, business rules and solution management
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Azure services and integration approaches such as REST APIs and connectors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
