Power Platform Engineer - London (Hybrid 2 days/ week on-site)
We're looking for a Power Platform Engineer to join a growing Applications team and play a key role in shaping and delivering solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical position focused on building, enhancing and supporting solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the wider Power Platform.
Working closely with Delivery Analysts and Platform Engineers, you'll translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes and enhance the user experience. This is an opportunity for an experienced Power Platform professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, driving continuous improvement and helping to raise technical standards across the team.

- Design, develop and support solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the wider Power Platform.
- Build automations, integrations, customisations and configurations that deliver tangible business value.
- Collaborate with Delivery Analysts to turn well-defined requirements and user stories.
- Partner with Platform Engineers to ensure solutions align with architectural standards and long-term platform strategy.
- Support and continuously improve existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Drive opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to improving overall solution quality.
- Work with third-party suppliers and delivery partners to support successful project delivery.
- Promote adoption and best practice across the Microsoft platform estate.

Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate.
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Demonstrable experience building solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience delivering scalable, maintainable and well-documented solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Understanding of API integrations and connected Microsoft technologies.
- Passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency.
Salary on offer is up to £56k/ annum plus excellent benefits and hybrid working opportunities.
