Role: Power Platform Developer
Location: London
Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications, automation solutions, and reporting platforms using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
The successful candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and provide actionable insights through data visualization and analytics.
Mandatory Skills Experience
Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)
- Power BI
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power Fx
- Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions
Experience implementing
- Security roles and permissions
- Governance frameworks
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
SharePoint Online
- Strong experience designing and supporting SharePoint Online solutions, including:
- SharePoint Lists and Libraries
- Content Types and Metadata Management
- Permissions and Security Management
- Document Management Solutions
- SharePoint and Power Platform integrations

Reporting & Analytics (Power BI)
- Strong Power BI development experience
- Expertise in:

Python Development
- Experience using Python for:
- Automation
- ETL and Data Processing
- API Integrations
- Data Validation
- Analytics and Reporting
- Hands-on experience with libraries such as:
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Requests
- OpenPyXL
- Similar Python data-processing libraries
Integration & Automation
- Experience integrating solutions with:
- Microsoft 365 Services
- SharePoint Online
- REST APIs
- External Business Systems
Additional Requirements
- Strong experience building automated workflows using Power Automate
- Business Process Automation design and implementation
