About the Role & Team Transformation πŸ”„

We are undergoing a massive data transformation to modernize our analytics delivery and infuse Agentic AI directly into our enterprise workflows! πŸ€–πŸ“Š We are seeking an experienced Power Platform & Fabric Solutions Developer to help engineer next-generation data flows, build scalable semantic models, and drive low-code/no-code application development. Sitting at the intersection of data engineering, visualization, and generative AI, this role provides senior-level delivery capacity alongside our Data Team. You will replace the need for an additional traditional Data Scientist by leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, interactive visualization tools, and automated agentic solutions. πŸ’‘πŸŒ

Key Responsibilities πŸ› οΈ

  • Data Engineering & Semantic Modelling: Design and maintain robust Power BI semantic models (DAX, M), and manage Microsoft Fabric artifactsβ€”including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks, and pipelines. πŸ“ˆ
  • Application & Workflow Development: Build Dataverse-backed Canvas and Model-driven Apps to streamline business operations, and create automated Power Automate cloud flows. πŸ“²
  • Agentic AI Integration: Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents and agentic AI workflows (topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources) integrated with Dataverse and M365 ecosystems. 🧠⚑
  • Data Visualization & BI: Translate raw, multi-source data into executive-ready dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent enterprise BI tools). πŸ“Šβœ¨
  • Governance & ALM: Manage solution lifecycle (ALM), environment strategy, Dataverse security, and Entra ID governance while coaching citizen developers across the business. πŸ›‘οΈ

Candidate Requirements 🎯

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise data visualization, business intelligence, and low-code solutions. 🧠
  • Core Technical Stack:
    • Microsoft Power Platform: Advanced expertise in Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate. ⚑
    • Microsoft Fabric & BI: Strong background in Microsoft Fabric data engineering, semantic modelling, and interactive dashboards. Experience with other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and Snowflake/SQL is a plus! πŸ“Š
    • AI Capabilities: Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, and automated AI workflows. πŸ€–
  • Soft Skills: Highly self-sufficient, fast learner, strong problem-solver, and excellent stakeholder manager who thrives in an agile team environment. πŸ’¬
