Job Description
This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their M365, as a key part of this role will be developing and supporting the Power Apps platform. You will be working with a small Application support team, supporting a local London authority. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the day to day task management of the Application team, so a background in Application support would be an advantage, along with an interest in moving to a team leader role.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities
  • Working with the wider teams to resolve more challenging issues
  • Working with 3rd party vendors including Microsoft
  • Supporting and guiding other members of the team
  • Lead the identification of automation opportunities and the resulting design, documentation and development of solutions, exploiting the M365 toolset.
  • Enable the safe exploitation of M365 power platform capabilities such as Power Automate, and Power APPs.
  • Service ownership for integrated services (Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Stream etc).
  • Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.

Must-have Skills / Experience:

  • Proven experience as a M365 Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert or similar role
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework and ticketing systems
  • Strong communication skills

Desired Skills / Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory (Azure AD) / Intune or other deployment tools
  • Be certified in MS-900 Fundamentals and ideally certified in Product Specific
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for development and CI/CD pipelines
