Power Platform Product Specialist
Join a growing Business Applications team where you'll help design, build and enhance modern Microsoft-based solutions that improve business processes, employee experience, and client services.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Power Platform professional to develop and support innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Working alongside technical specialists, business stakeholders and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how low-code and AI-powered technologies are adopted across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and customise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
- Develop applications following best practice around governance, security, environments and ALM.
- Support and improve Microsoft business applications, portals and related platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, driving long-term improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation, user guides and training materials.
- Research emerging Microsoft technologies and contribute to future platform roadmaps.

Essential skills and experience:
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Power Pages (desirable)
- Knowledge of Dataverse and the wider Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Understanding of governance, security and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
