Who we are:

We’re not just talking about making a difference, we’re making it happen. We generate dispatchable, renewable power and create stable energy in an uncertain world. Building on our proud heritage, we have ambition to become the global leader in sustainable biomass and carbon removals.

You’ll be joining our teams of practical doers, future thinkers and business champions. We’re enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future for all, and working hard to decarbonise the planet for generations to come.

About the role:

As part of the Renewables Team, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Third Party Intermediary (TPI) partners to grow the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) pipeline and improve conversion rates.
  • Build a deep understanding of market dynamics by gathering structured market intelligence and TPI feedback, helping to shape product development, strengthen PPA propositions, and enhance wider commercial offerings.
  • Act as a visible ambassador for the renewables business by representing Drax at industry events, conferences and forums, building brand awareness, strengthening market presence, and delivering presentations where appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with import sales teams and their TPI networks to increase awareness, understanding and promotion of Drax’s PPA and broader renewable energy propositions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
