We're looking for a PPC Account Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of my clients paid search activity. Working closely with our dedicated PPC Lead, you'll be the person inside the accounts every day, making adjustments, testing copy, and finding the wins.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Advertising. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys digging into data to figure out why a campaign is underperforming and, more importantly, how to fix it.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Search, Display, and PMax campaigns across Google Ads, handling everything from keyword research and ad copy through to bid strategy.
- Review account data daily to spot and act on opportunities for A/B testing, landing page improvements, and audience refinements.
- Maintain the overall health of the accounts, including Quality Scores, ad disapprovals, and the use of tools like Google Ads Scripts and automated bidding.
- Keep our Bing and Amazon presence optimised and aligned with the wider search strategy, including ACoS management and audience targeting.
- Produce reporting that goes beyond the numbers, using Google Analytics and platform data to explain what's happening and what to do next.
- Support the PPC Lead in stakeholder updates and act as the technical point of contact for the accounts you manage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
