Are you an experienced PPC specialist looking to further your career in a fast-paced and growing agency?

We’re looking for a PPC Account Manager to join our PPC team, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, and get stuck into all aspects of PPC across Search, including Google and Microsoft, Search, Pmax, Shopping, and more. You will support the PPC Manager in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of all paid search campaigns, running your own accounts and taking responsibility for their strategies, implementation, and results.

The role is based in the Search team, which looks after SEO and PPC, and sits within a fully integrated agency, meaning you’ll also be working with paid media teams across social and programmatic to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to our clients. This offers plenty of opportunities to collaborate and learn outside of the world of paid search.

Reporting to the PPC Manager, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ year’s paid search (PPC) experience, great communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn and progress within our growing business.

Business Responsibilities

  • Building, managing, and optimising PPC strategies across a range of clients, working with a clear and defined set of KPIs
  • Manage day-to-day PPC activity and overseeing the performance of your accounts - campaign set up, bid strategies, ad copy, and daily optimisations
  • Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return (CPA/ CPL/ROAS)
  • Campaign reporting, including written commentary and insights for clients, as well as client meeting presentations and data analysis
  • Supporting the wider team with planning, reporting, research, and implementation
  • Confident in client-facing account management, including calls, meetings, and emails
  • Provide insights and suggestions to further enhance campaigns, e.g., ad copy, creative, targeting, keywords, structure, bid strategies, etc.
  • Conducting keyword research and insights to ascertain what users who are in-market are searching for, specific to the client’s industry
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and Google/Microsoft Ads features
  • Maintain high awareness of the industry offerings and actively testing new initiatives
  • Managing the client’s expectations and keeping clients and internal teams up to date at each stage of the campaign

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
