We're a fast-growing agency with international recognition, loyal clients and five-star ratings on both Google and Trustpilot.
We're looking for a knowledgeable and motivated PPC Manager to help run our paid media offering day-to-day.
If you're looking for the next step in your career, get in touch.
Job Description
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day delivery of our paid media offering across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads, working across a portfolio of SME client accounts.
This is a hands-on role: you'll be building, optimising and reporting on campaigns yourself, alongside providing guidance to team members working across the same accounts.
You'll act as a key point of contact for clients on performance, and ensure best practice is followed across the accounts you manage.
This is also a hybrid role, meaning that the successful candidate will have some opportunities to work from home, as well as in our Leeds city centre office.
The company offers quarterly social events. We also offer an annual training and conference budget, the cycle scheme, as well as a one-off budget allowance for a remote working office set up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
