About the Role

Reporting to the PPC Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of paid media campaigns across a varied portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for monitoring and optimising campaign performance, managing budgets, producing clear reports, and communicating directly with clients. You’ll have support and oversight from experienced members of the PPC team while being encouraged to take increasing ownership of your accounts and development.

This role would suit someone with at least one year of hands-on PPC experience who is ready to develop their technical knowledge, client communication skills, and campaign ownership within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, monitoring, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms.
  • Analysing campaign performance and making informed adjustments to improve efficiency and return on investment.
  • Managing budgets and performance against agreed client objectives and KPIs, including leads, revenue, cost per acquisition, and ROAS.
  • Conducting keyword research and identifying new opportunities for campaign growth.
  • Writing effective ad copy and creating well-structured campaigns.
  • Identifying performance trends, risks, and opportunities and responding to them proactively.
  • Producing clear reports that explain performance, work completed, and recommended next steps.
  • Communicating directly with clients and contributing confidently to campaign calls.
  • Ensuring appropriate conversion tracking and KPI measurement are in place, with support where needed.
  • Working with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and other members of the team to support wider client objectives.
  • Supporting the business development team with campaign insight and proposals when required.
  • Keeping up to date with changes to paid media platforms, industry trends, and best practice.
  • Looking for opportunities to develop your knowledge and improve the performance of client campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
