PPC Account Manager
Warwickshire - hybrid – 2 days per week onsite
£33,000 – £38,000
Pitch is partnering with a highly regarded, specialist digital marketing agency based in Warwickshire as they continue to grow their PPC team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented PPC Account Manager to join an ambitious, forward-thinking agency where great client work, innovation and people genuinely sit at the heart of the business.
With an experienced and supportive leadership team, the agency has built a culture that combines the pace and ambition of a growing digital business with a genuinely personable, close-knit environment where everyone has a voice, ideas are encouraged, and individual contribution is recognised and valued.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across an impressive portfolio of household-name clients, gaining exposure to varied industries, challenges and PPC strategies, while having the support and investment needed to develop your career.
The agency also takes a refreshingly flexible approach to working, with a hybrid model of just two days per week in the Warwickshire office.
The role:
As PPC Account Manager, you’ll play a key role within the PPC team, taking ownership of your own client accounts and getting hands-on across the full paid search landscape. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, but can also step back and think strategically - someone who wants to understand why campaigns are performing the way they are and, importantly, what can be done to make them better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
