Job Description

We are looking for a PPC account strategist to manage client relationships and deliver paid search work across their accounts.

Day to day this involves:

  • Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Managing media budgets across several client accounts
  • Writing and testing ad copy
  • Reviewing search query reports
  • Adding keywords and negative keywords
  • Adjusting bids, budgets, audiences and campaign targeting
  • Monitoring conversion data and fixing tracking problems
  • Planning monthly deliverables in line with client statements of work
  • Vibe coding new solutions and improving internal tooling
  • Managing bi-weekly client calls and email communication
  • Producing monthly reports and quarterly business reviews

This is a delivery-focused role. You will work directly in client ad accounts each week.

You will manage media budgets, write and test ad copy, review search query reports, and adjust bids and targeting. You will use performance data to improve each campaign.

You will be actively encouraged to ✨ vibe code ✨ internal solutions that build on the agency’s internal “agency OS”.

You will be supported by specialists across analytics, creative, SEO, content, and PR. They will help deliver bespoke work for your clients.

Experience

  • 5+ years experience in a large agency PPC role
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Experience managing large media budgets across several client accounts
  • Experience writing and testing paid search ad copy
  • Experience with search query reports, keyword management, and negative keywords
  • Strong knowledge of bidding, targeting, and budget management
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, and paid search reporting
  • Experience finding and fixing campaign performance problems
  • Have vibe coded your own tools and processes
  • Experience with client calls across Zoom, Teams, and Meet

Interview Process

The interview process is in three parts:

  1. Informal initial call to talk over your CV
  2. A PPC test to be completed in your own time
  3. Face-to-face interview with the MD at our Liverpool Street office
