The Joblogic Story
Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK’s #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to ~£35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.
Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners — a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap, expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.
With Vista’s backing, we’re transforming from a successful UK business into a global scaling SaaS rocket ship, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey to £100M ARR across international markets.
Joblogic provides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth. With over 100,000 users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service firms.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and data-driven PPC Campaign Specialist to join our growing Acquisition team.
This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and development of paid search campaigns, primarily across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing campaigns independently, analysing performance data, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and lead quality, and implementing optimisation actions across keywords, ads, audiences, bidding, budgets and landing pages.
Working closely with the Digital Acquisition Specialist and wider Marketing team, you will help ensure paid media campaigns generate high-quality B2B leads while achieving agreed acquisition, CPA and pipeline objectives.
What Your Main Focus Will Be
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Monitor and improve campaign performance against key KPIs including MQL volume, CPA, conversion rate and lead quality
- Conduct keyword, search-term and negative keyword analysis to improve traffic quality and campaign efficiency
- Optimise campaign structure, bidding, budgets, audiences, devices, ad schedules and landing-page alignment
- Create and test compelling PPC ad copy, campaign assets and new keyword opportunities
- Monitor budget pacing and identify performance issues, risks and opportunities proactively
- Analyse campaign performance using advertising platforms, GA4 and CRM data, and provide clear optimisation recommendations
- Work with the wider Marketing team on landing-page testing, campaign launches and initiatives designed to improve qualified lead and pipeline generation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
