Performance Consultant
Location: London, Hybrid
Our Client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping ambitious brands drive measurable growth through paid media. With a collaborative, people-first culture, they offer the chance to take real ownership and develop quickly.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a performance marketer ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role. You’ll work across a varied client portfolio, leading smaller accounts while supporting larger, more complex campaigns across PPC, Paid Social and Display.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated paid media strategies
- Manage, optimise and test campaigns to improve ROI
- Lead client relationships and communicate performance insights
- Identify opportunities across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Explore new platforms, AI tools and emerging features
- Support and mentor junior team members

Your Profile
You’ll ideally have 2+ years’ hands-on paid media experience, with strong knowledge of PPC. You’ll be analytical, commercially minded and comfortable working directly with clients.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel is highly desirable.
