About the Role
Our agency partner is an award-winning integrated marketing agency, recognised for combining data science, creativity, and performance marketing to deliver exceptional results for an impressive portfolio of national and international brands.
They're looking for a PPC Executive to join their growing Biddable team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Paid Search while working alongside some of the industry's leading PPC specialists.
You'll gain hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms, learning how to deliver high-performing campaigns that generate real commercial results. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Support the Paid Search team in planning, building, and optimising PPC campaigns.
- Assist with campaign management across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and carry out regular optimisation to improve results.
- Support the delivery of high-performing lead generation and brand campaigns across a diverse client portfolio.

Reporting & Analysis
- Produce accurate, client-friendly campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Learn how to measure performance from click through to conversion using tracking and analytics tools.
Strategy & Optimisation
- Help develop audience targeting, keyword strategies, and creative testing plans.
- Research new platform features, automation tools, and industry trends.
- Support website conversion optimisation by identifying opportunities to improve user experience and performance.
Learning & Development
- Learn from experienced Paid Search specialists through coaching and mentoring.
- Continuously develop your PPC knowledge and stay up to date with the latest industry developments.
- Share ideas and contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Some experience in Paid Search, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing (agency, in-house, placement, or internship).
- A genuine passion for PPC and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a fast-paced team.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (or willing to develop your skills).
