Reactive Recruitment are working with a long-standing and reputable digital marketing/design agency who are currently looking for a talented PPC Executive to work on a hybrid basis from their head office in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
PPC Executive - Package
- Starting salary of £28,000–£30,000 per annum
- Hybrid working with head office in Leeds
- Office-based every Tuesday and Thursday, with remote working for the remainder of the week

Overview
Our client currently seek a motivated PPC Executive to join their growing PPC team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years’ hands-on PPC experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within an established digital marketing environment.
You’ll take day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of smaller, lower-budget client accounts, managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads. You’ll work closely with the PPC Manager, following established processes while taking ownership of campaign performance, tracking and optimisation.

The role will also provide the opportunity to contribute ideas towards improving workflows, reporting and the overall client experience as the PPC department continues to grow and develop.
Duties Include
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads
- Take day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of lower-budget PPC accounts
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, spend and conversion trends
- Build and refine keyword lists, ad copy, audience targeting and campaign structures
- Monitor and optimise bidding strategies, match types and Performance Max campaigns
- Support and develop tracking setups using GA4, Google Tag Manager and other tracking platforms
- Review campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance and return on investment
- Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing client accounts
- Work closely with account managers to support smooth client onboarding and communication
- Assist with creative tasks using Canva or Photoshop where required
- Follow internal processes to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality campaign management
- Contribute ideas to improve PPC workflows, reporting processes and client experience
- Work closely with the PPC Manager and wider digital marketing team
- Keep up to date with PPC developments, platform changes and industry best practices

Experience Required
- 1–3 years’ experience managing and optimising PPC campaigns (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Advertising fundamentals is essential
- Good knowledge of keywords, match types, bidding strategies and Performance Max campaigns
- Basic experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager and other tracking platforms is essential
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain PPC concepts clearly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client accounts
- Ability to follow established processes while taking ownership of day-to-day campaign activity
Desirable
- Experience working within a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop
- Experience identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
