We’re looking for a Junior Paid Search / PPC Executive to join a growing digital team and get stuck straight into client campaigns from day one.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years’ agency experience who already understands the fundamentals of paid search and is ready to take the next step. You’ll have plenty of support around you, but we’re looking for someone who is confident, curious and happy to get on with things themselves.

- Creating, managing and optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Keyword research, search term analysis and campaign optimisation
- Monitoring budgets, bids and campaign performance
- Analysing data and identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Supporting campaign reporting and presenting key findings
- Working with the wider digital team to deliver strong results for clients
- Helping with campaign strategy, testing and ongoing optimisation
- Keeping up to date with changes across paid search and digital advertising
- Using Google Sheets and the wider Google Workspace confidently to manage data, reporting and campaign information

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Experience with Amazon Ads or paid social/app campaigns would be a bonus, but isn't essential. Experience with Geo4 would also be advantageous.
What we're looking for
We’re not expecting the finished article. More importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and the fundamentals already in place.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Around 1–2 years’ experience in a digital/marketing agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Ideally some experience with Microsoft Ads
- A good understanding of PPC principles, campaign structure and optimisation
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Confidence working with data and spreadsheets
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- The ability to manage your own workload and stay organised
- A self-starter mentality and the confidence to ask questions when needed
- The ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of your work

The important bit
This is a remote-first role, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and managing their time without someone looking over their shoulder. There are hubs in Manchester and London for those who want to get together with the team, collaborate and see actual human beings occasionally.
In return, you'll get plenty of opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility and progress your career. There's lots of room for progression as the team grows, so this is a role for someone who wants to build something rather than simply sit in the same PPC role for the next few years.
Salary: circa £30,000
If you're already working in PPC and looking for a role where you can develop quickly, have genuine ownership and work with a good team without being chained to a desk five days a week, we'd love to hear from you.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
