Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based at our St Peter's Wharf office, for a PPC Executive in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The PPC Executive will manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing), including Search, Performance Max, and Shopping.
Responsibilities
- Conducting keyword research
- Building campaign structures
- Creating ad copy
- Performing A/B testing
- Managing budgets
- Analysing campaign performance

The role also involves staying up to date with industry trends and identifying opportunities to maximise ROI for clients.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years' hands-on PPC experience, agency or in-house
- Proficiency in Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Ability to perform keyword research, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present actionable insights to clients
- Proven organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in digital marketing for competitive industries is a plus
- Ecommerce or Shopify experience is a plus
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, and certification in Google Ads, is advantageous
