About the agency:
A well-established digital agency based in Manchester is looking for a PPC Executive to join its growing Paid Media team. Working across a varied portfolio of clients, the agency delivers high-performance PPC strategies across e-commerce and lead generation.
About the role:
Are you a PPC professional looking to develop your career within an established digital agency? You will work closely with the wider Paid Media team to manage and optimise PPC campaigns, helping clients improve performance and achieve their commercial goals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical skills while gaining exposure to a range of clients and industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Carry out keyword research, campaign builds and ongoing optimisation.
- Monitor performance against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, revenue, and conversions.
- Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Assist with account audits, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Support budget management and forecasting across client accounts.
- Produce regular client reports and performance updates.
- Work closely with Senior PPC specialists and Account Managers.
- Stay up to date with the latest PPC, AI, and automation developments.
- Support testing of new strategies, ad copy, audiences, and campaign structures.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience within PPC / Paid Search, ideally within an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Experience with Microsoft Ads would be beneficial.
- Good understanding of PPC fundamentals including keyword research, bidding, and campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Centre.
- Good communication and client management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in developing a career in Paid Media.

- Up to £32,000, depending on experience.
