The Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work hands-on across PPC, landing page testing and performance analysis at Numan. Reporting into the Head of Growth, you'll support our PPC Lead day to day and turn their strategy into live campaigns, ad copy tests and landing pages.
The job covers the whole path from search ad to sign-up. You might spend the morning writing and testing ad copy in Google Ads, and the afternoon building a landing page variant in the CMS. Every week you'll pull the numbers together and explain what moved and why.
You're comfortable in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor and can make considered changes without a step-by-step brief. You're happy building and editing pages yourself in a CMS. You also reach for AI and tooling to take the repetitive work out of the day and get to insight faster.
In return you get close coaching from a PPC and AI expert, and room to grow into a wider growth remit across channels and experimentation.
What you'll do
- Build, edit and optimise campaigns in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor, under the direction of the PPC Lead
- Manage keywords, negatives, budgets and bids day to day, with a clear reason behind every change
- Keep accounts healthy: monitor performance, search terms and diagnostics, catch issues early and dig into the cause
- Support value-based bidding, signal quality and LTV-led optimisation as we move beyond first-order CPA
- Write, test and iterate responsive search ad headlines, descriptions and assets such as sitelinks and callouts
- Run a structured ad copy testing programme with clear hypotheses and documented results
- Use AI tools to draft and review copy variants faster, within Numan's brand voice
- Work within healthcare advertising rules and handle policy disapprovals as they come up
- Build and edit landing pages in our CMS, from quick variants to new campaign pages
- Plan and run A/B tests on landing pages with a clear hypothesis, sample size and success metric for each
- Match landing page messaging to search intent and the ad copy that sends people there
- Work with design, brand and product on changes that need more than a CMS edit
- Own the weekly performance analysis across PPC and landing pages: what changed, why it changed and what to do next
- Report against CAC, LTV and payback as well as platform metrics
- Use Looker, Amplitude and similar tools to pull insight, and automate the repetitive parts of reporting
- Share findings with the PPC Lead, the Head of Growth and the wider growth team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
