Are you an experienced PPC specialist looking to work with a successful digital agency where you’ll have the freedom to manage campaigns and make a genuine impact? Would you value a grown-up working environment that offers flexibility and trusts people to manage their schedules effectively?

We’re working on a retained basis with a highly successful digital marketing agency in Essex that specialises in ecommerce growth, SEO and performance-led content. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a PPC Lead to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis.

The Company - PPC Lead

This established agency works with an interesting mix of B2B and B2C clients across sectors including healthcare, automotive, logistics, education, financial services, property and technology. The team takes a collaborative and commercially focused approach to delivering sustainable results for its clients. It also offers a refreshingly grown-up working culture with hybrid working, flexible hours when needed and an emphasis on trust rather than rigid schedules.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
