PPC Manager
Location: Leeds
Company Overview: This client is a rapidly growing e-commerce company based in Leeds, experiencing double-digit growth year-over-year. They are looking to bring their PPC management in-house, giving the successful candidate autonomy and ownership of the paid media channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and optimizing multiple accounts
- Running all campaigns
- Driving returns and commercial success through effective budget and campaign management
- Test and learn, continuously seeking ways to improve
Requirements:
- Background in PPC - Google and Meta
- Strong understanding and use of Performance Max (PMax)
- Ability to use PPC to drive new customer acquisition
- Commercial background, understanding how PPC drives revenue
- Strategic mindset, with a hands-on approach
- Previous experience as an agency or in-house PPC specialist
- Accountability and strong commercial head
- Background in e-commerce, with working knowledge of PMax

Work Environment:
- Hybrid role - 2 days/week near Leeds City Centre
- Office commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, York, Harrogate, Wakefield
About You: We are looking for a strategic PPC lead who is also comfortable getting hands-on with accounts and campaign execution.
