ABOUT US

Enjoy Travel has specialised in car hire across the UK, Europe and worldwide for 18 years. We've since expanded into hotels and experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a focused, analytical, full-time PPC Manager to lead our in-house PPC efforts.

It's a genuinely exciting time to join: we're expanding aggressively into new sectors, starting with the launch of our hotels and accommodation platform. That means the chance to build PPC campaigns in entirely new markets from the ground up — real ownership, real opportunity, and real impact on the business.

You'll be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising PPC strategy across platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions and maximise ROI — across both our established car hire business and our new product lines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop, implement and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and other platforms
  • Lead keyword research, ad copy creation and landing page optimisation to maximise performance
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data from multiple sources, and turn it into insight that drives ROI
  • Design, build and test bidding and business strategies
  • Run A/B tests and use the results to continuously improve performance
  • Stay on top of industry trends and PPC best practice
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep PPC aligned with wider marketing goals
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on performance and KPIs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
